Demolition work area subject to HDB or Management approval. Two to four weeks will be required to approve outstanding items. Should PE endorsement is required, kindly note that it will incur additional costs. Hacking work does not guarantee leakage of the pipe, cracking of the floor or wall, etc., please note that there will be additional repair costs.
